NCT is a big group of around 26 people that are broken off into different permanent subgroups of NCT 127(the killing voice you guys watched), NCT Dream, WayV (a chinese subgroup) and the newest one NCT Wish. NCT U is when all the members from the different subgroups come together and do songs and they put it on one album meaning every song is a mix of usually 5-9 different members. The NCT U thing usually only happens like once a year. And with this song in particular it was all the main rappers from each subgroup.
nct has different sub units(thankfully they have explanation videos). The killing voice you reacted to was from NCT 127, and this is NCT U. It's super confusing at first but the more of their content you explore, the more you guys will pick up on it!
