37.5% is an nct inside joke that haechan randomly made it's either bcs in korea when a show has 37.5 rating viewership that's like super high or it's bcs of korea's latitude. in my opinion, haechan kind of jokes a lot like his cam has a high rating compared to other members

37,5 Mhz is just a number Haechan created each time whenever he want to say anything behind the scenes, pretending like he has a radio show with high viewer ratings, but at some point he really got his Haechan Radio with the same name : 37,5 Mhz HaeRa on NCT RU-vid channel 💚

Haechan's 37.5 rating was a catchphrase he made for his interview segments in NCT content. Specially 37.5 because it's the latitude of Seoul while 127 is the longitude. His continued use of 37.5 then turned into Haechan Radio, 37.5MHz, where he interviews NCT members during their comebacks.
