😢 Desperate moments call for desperate measures. Honestly let's not judge her as a sober person. From the death of her poor mom all the way. Her Case could also be a generational curse leading to her chain of marriages and spirit of rejection. Very sad indeed. She must have suffered VVF and IVF. She can get assisted through surgery at KNH to restore her physical health. Thereafter, she can undergo pschological treatment guided by a psychotherapist.
This lady has fistula and it treatable, and sometimes the government in conjunction with some NGOS periodically offer surgery to correct it for free. Maybe Symo K, you can liaise with KNH and get more info
