I normally like your argument but on this, I completely disagree. GenZ is a generation that is well technologically informed, learned and committed but all efforts are frustrated by the punitive and selfish laws imposed by the punitive government. All that the movement is fighting about is good leadership that is accountable for every decision made by the government. People are tired of high taxes that pay unaccounted debts only for the political elites to fly around in choppers and riding fancy fuel guzzlers and dishing out ill gotten wealth. All this is happening at the watch of the Clergy who are in cahoots with the system to sanitize their looted wealth. The GenZ and Millennials movement is not a criminal movement, its a liberation movement that's spreading like a wildfire. If only the older generations could understand this fight they would be very happy to support the movement.

First there is nothing like "former sect leader" he is still one of them,it's only that wako chini ya maji Then ,mungiki is a tribal grouping meant to destabilize a gov't which isn't of Kikuyu by creating a parallel function of gov't mostly in "security and tax collections" and they have leaders ,him and Maina are the forever leaders of the sect. Gen Zs can't fit into such ,they are tribeless,party-less and leaderless. He is trying to justify the re-emergence of mungiki coz that gov't isn't led by their own.
