Honestly he could have gotten that off a Wikipedia page but I like to give all the benefit of the doubt until by their own hands they give me a overwhelming amount of evidence to prove otherwise! 50:05- Whoa whoa whoa….. that was a horrible place to skip ahead!!! So was she forced to be here? Does she have a motive to be doing “this”? And what has been “2 to 3 months”?!? Lol

47:14- Hold up….. There was no body found or recorded at all??? What?!? I know this is just a saying but it holds water in this case! “No body, no crime”!!’

1:02:23- The judge is partially right in the fact that since the defendant did a no show his lawyer is fighting a losing battle! But 1) that is considered very childish for a judge to try to use that (which he didn’t know about until after he decided not to tell the lawyer what he needed to know by the time he needed to know it) as a excuse! “Well, you’re not going to go by the rules and laws…… maybe in the future so I’m going to do the same to you right now!” Really? And 2) that is 100% the reason why the judge said have stopped this case from even happening and placing a bench warrant for the arrest of the defendant immediately! And that is 100% on the judge! He is the only one that could have done that! This is beyond a mistrial at this point!

1:02:13- It 100% is required for the lawyer of the defendant to know about any witnesses that will be brought up to testify!!! I don’t remember what the exact amount of time is but it’s definitely over 24 hours let alone a few hours before court starts!!! That is withholding information that could destroy a case for a innocent defendant and also destroy the state’s ability to prosecute a guilty defendant!!! Actually when a defendant’s lawyer does that intentionally he could get some hefty fines and/or imprisonment himself for that! And also his witnesses testimony would be taken off the record or pretty much not be allowed to be put on the record!!! I know I know, this is just a game! It’s not real! But what’s the point of RP if you’re not pretending that this is real?!? And if that’s the case then why hasn’t anyone gone crazy in the courtroom yet?!? You can’t tell me it’s fun to sit and watch legal jargon!?!

28:52- Um, that one does bring up a lot of questions!?! Which I would add all of them here (because of the obvious, this is already over and done with, the defendant didn’t show so no matter what he is almost guaranteed to be found guilty and because me knowing all of this isn’t really going to change anything)! But how did the police find a single hair in a warehouse? Now maybe he didn’t say it the way he should have (because of what I already pointed out) but he didn’t say they found it on or near the deceased body! And if it was found in the hand of the deceased then that might make a bit of sense until you remember that it’s not “hairs”! They found 1 hair!!! If I’m a struggle the victim grabbed the others hair then there would be many hairs. Not 1! And a single hair on the floor in the middle of a warehouse is damn near impossible to find!!! Not to mention, if it wasn’t near the body and it’s a place that multiple people go on a daily basis then that 1 hair would only provide that he has been there after the last time the cleaning crew did a good job of cleaning the floors!
