Hi Sergio! Yes, the ledge was something that was a little tricky, but Nebia sends so many additional installation pieces that it all works out great. Thanks for watching!
Hey Travis! Thanks for the feedback - we try to make our videos as positive and informative as possible, but I can see how it can sometimes come off as a sponsored video (which is not). We are working on how to format the reviews moving forward, but I do hope you found some of it helpful. Thanks for stopping by!
Here the real review. I own this and it's a piece of junk. Most of it is made of plasic and the handheld broke after 6 month. If you have a large shower area, don't bother. the water is too atomized and is cold by the time it reaches your body. Moen told me that this shower head does not work for large showers but the warning is buried so most people won't see it. So much for trying to save water. I'm going back to a proper shower head with real pressure.
Hi Theresa! No, unfortunately there is no switch to only use the hand shower. You can either use the head shower by itself or the head and the wand together. It’s about 23” from where the shower arm was to the very top of the ring where the handle to turn the water on and off is. I believe that’s what you were asking for - if not, let me know and I can send you the correct info. Hope that helps!
As a plumber if a customer asked me to fit this for them, I’d laugh and walk out the door. The unit is stuck to the tiles with a sticky adhesive backing, if that brass nipple/arm unthreads you got leaks. Also as in video that tape was threaded the wrong way, in effect when threaded into fitting in wall most of that tape would peel off. You could have a leak and not know it
I have a more "severe" mist shower that uses roughly the same amount as the NASA research mist shower, about 1/3 of what the Nebia uses. Your shower sounds like decadent luxury in comparison. You can read other people's take on it in the comments, but here is my experience with a mist shower: It has been the most pleasurable experience in getting clean I've ever experienced. It Is Not an inundation of water, but rather like being cleansed by the very air around you. I actually feel wetter and cleaner using my mist shower. I don't experience the massage of water beating against me. I honestly experience a different subtle rinsing away of grime and exhaustion. To take advantage of its strengths in my research I discovered a warmer water temperature and smaller space amplified its effect. I was able to use an induction/thermal unit to provide the small amount of hotter water for less than my main heater. I likely overlooked this, but, research, research and consider how people that enjoy this are making it work for them. I've been using mine for over 6 months and journal to chart everything I continue to learn about its impact and better ways of taking advantage of it.. While it may not work for you, I'm learning how it works for me and it works better than any shower I've ever experienced in my life.
