Definitely the lower body affects the neck, as I know from my past foot problem! (nice shirt) Thank you!

I agree, but what about neck strengthing?

I thought same. When I have asymmetrical pelvis, always my neck is tight on one side.

So what if our "fear" of certain movements is based on the fact that these movements reliably trigger symptoms? Do you typically have patients still perform symptom-triggering movements as part of a rehab program? I'm asking for your opinion here, not for medical advice or explicit recommendations. Please speak freely.

There is a difference between general advice and practice. This general advice is solid info, but in practice it first needs to be determined what your issue is and what not to do to make it worse/trigger. Determining a good solution after an analysis of your current situation is necessary in practice first, then only exercises can be recommended and modified to fit you.

This is a big DEPENDS. For most movements, we want to find an entry point. With that said, if someone is very much biasing one side of the body over another, there are times where I might relatively avoid loading a certain movement on one side and emphasize it on the other. The reason I say relatively is because I'd rather have it be doing less reps or with a lighter load than making a rule that X movement is "bad" It's very hard to tell someone to avoid a certain motion and then later to tell them it's okay. Even if you preface this, black and white thinking is often our natural tendency. For example, if flexing your back hurts now, we might avoid it for a bit. BUT we need to be careful not to create the fear that flexing the back is BAD. This is a delicate balance and specific to the individual. The other side of this is performing the activity with a technique that distributes forces in a maximally tolerable way. But that's a whole other conversation.

I got myself dizziness, fading and sleep disorder after neck traction treatments, and this looks very likely neck traction

Yes, the neck is very much linked to airway function and equilibrium. However, this is not like traction. It's actually almost the opposite.

This is definitely not traction.

MRI found that I have neck degeneration when I was 25. My neck movement is very restrictive. I would love to know about your perspective on neck degeneration.
@ChaplinPerformance

It's a fairly normal finding on MRI, even for young healthy people. There are lots of studies on this. You can google "degenerative cervical spine asymptomatic 20s" and you'll find some articles. In other words, we all have some degeneration. Structural damage doesn't always or even usually = pain

Why couldn’t I just strengthen the weakened muscles

If the ribcage/pelvis holds the neck in a position, then how would you know if you do too much? Centre first, then figure out what's wrong with the neck ROM.
