I remember in the early 90s when the graffiti penalties in OC went from hours of community service to felonies when the tag-banging era was at its peak. It definitely made a lot of writers think twice and showed who was truly dedicated. I went to college.

Last time I was in NYC all caps NECKFACE was Everywhere in the lower east side 2004… had no clue till a few years later in thrasher who he was, I still like his shit!

Yo Neckface, I had one of your tees from Supreme like 20 years ago??! It was my second favourite after my Rammellzee one. By the way, you ever been to Canberra in Australia? I'm from there. There's your tag in the men's restroom in the (currently closed) tower on the mountain. Wonder if it was a bite or you? If you're ever here again I'll buy you a pint man.

Orange county is a lot harsher than LA county regarding the law on just about every crime. LA and the Bay after the govt forced "covid" lockdowns became way more relaxed on graff arrests and buffing.

yeah, sf in the 90s was crushed, san jose was totally buffed daily, thats why all of san joses graff legends moved away, now san jose looks like the 80s again.
