RU-vid finally fix it's search engine from country music to this. Consistent long watch time can cause a video to spike, also youtube targets users who watch other similar youtubers for content. This video just got caught in the algo then.

I like that they also made the servant summoning random like you’ll either get artoria or black keys which you do get from rolling in the gacha of fgo.
I'm assuming that in ranked there's a Neco wall of just people playing Neco for the Luls and they are really annoying to play against and then at high rank the rare Neco player is a walking devastator.
i remember reading one comment that said in neco-arc mirror matches, both players either start vibing or go on opposite sides of the screen to spam the phone until someone dies and i think this video accurately reflects this

Before, Neco Arc would have lost to Berserker bc Berserker has 12 lives, but she only has 9. Now that she can open her phone and casually summon Seiba, who destroys Berserker, she no longer has such weaknesses.
I have no idea what this is and even less ideas on how and why this ended up in my recommendations. But it was fun. Never underestimate the algorythm :P
