@@siliconhawk i am someone who refuses to look things up in most games, genshin desert, the underground desert in particular, made me start using the interactive map because oh boy there's so much down there it makes the chasm blush.
The 3.0 patches had really cranked up the primogem distributions, maybe because sumeru is just big af thats why almost every patch we have a new area, then the traditional temporary area at the last patch of every patch series.
he just have a backlog of content. genshin average 58k freemo a year.... of which only 1/4 is permanent content (limited time: 1/3 is daily/weekly/month etc, 1/3 is event, and remainder from abyss). so he has about 30k content clearing the map and character quest to tap into...
In terms of personality yoimiya is a fantastic character, it's only sad the fact that every time her banner comes up is always next to or sandwiched between major sought out characters😅
That + she'll never have an abyss, Hoyoverse seems to have some issues when it comes to balance and desing. This unit is single target focused, does that she deals more damage than those with AoE? nope, does it mean that she has a unque mechanic to offset the fact that she is literally the only character so focused on ST? nope. Look at this defensive unit (Dehya) she doesn't use shields, does that mean that she deals decent damage? nope, does that mean that she can mitigate and heal enough to compete with shielders and healer? nope, does she at least work as a burgeon dps? NAH, procs every 2.5 aims high and she has standar ICD while the burst isn't even considered an auto attack... Yoimiya is perfectly funtional, I'd say she isn't far behind Hutao but apparently that + how easy she is to play ain't enough and she has a single good constellation and a decent one... Meawhile Yae who legit feels like ass to play, it's so frustrating when during the setup something grazes her sleeves sending you flying into oblivion and completely killing the already choppy flow, with that + her 90 burst cost and how she is tied to dendro yet she gets praised despite the fact that she is what? 10-18% better than Keqing? Yeah this game has some amazing characters but they sometimes feel like they were designed for another game, you know one that isn't kill these ins 3 mins or less every two weeks.
@@drekhunter I don't know why but I feel like I struck a nerve with your comment for some reason😅 I never meant to say that she is bad in terms of gameplay and not that she is strong at all that's not what I meant. The first time she arrived it was known that Raiden Shogun would arrive after, the second time she arrived Kazuha where's the next to come, when she came around again the third time it was next to nahida, and now not only kazuha but alhaytham as well will be in the second phase. Let me say it again I'm not saying she's bad she is really good but she has always stand next to or right before Giants, very sort after characters people want to save up for, that was all I meant about it.
@@Defi4nc3s1 That's a chamber made for her, they have never done an abyss that let you put her on a side (in floor 12) and not punish her in one of the other chambers. Hoyoverse is kind of weird being honest, they made a character that is awesome at killing flying bosses, then proceeded to release a flying boss with a janky hitbox (wolflord), a double boss that wan't to be killed almost at the same time (vishaps), then a worm that hides undergroung (ruin serpent), then a flying worm that hides underground (wenut). Don't get me wrong they can make a abyss 12 specially for her, that first floor with the 4 ruin machines spawning one by one, then electro bat and finally any boss without a win condition that affects her, let's say Mango kinky, but so far it hasn't happened if my memory isn't failing me.
I mean Chongyun was used a heck of a lot, when the game came out. He is actually a pretty good 4 star DPS, its just that after the beginning of the game you get better characters
kirara is so fun when used as a driver in nilou bloom teams, you just use nilou E and barbara E and then just run around while being in cat in a box mode :D
@@noobbll no because she has shield. All types of shield will protect you from getting knock back so as long as her shield still last she can’t get knocked back
I remember in Ver. 2.8 I pulled on Kazuha's Banner 75+ times and did not get a signle Heizou, I did get Kazuha which I was hoping for but no Heizou... To this day, I still do not own a singular copy of Heizou.

Congratulations. I did a one-pull on the banner of Yoimiya (who I had), a ten-pull on Yae's, and got Yun Jin - which is nice. Expect to be able to try one or two more times before Yae's banner ends. Between failure to get Layla yet and having bothered to look at the math, I don't really expect Kirara any time soon... but the main reason I want her is to be able to more conveniently expand on my initial joke about her. (I've decided to go here with the idea that if nobody seems to get the joke, you need to double down and commit harder to it.)
According to some speculations wanderer will be running with kokomi at the same time meaning their weapons will be together in the weapon banner I can already see necrit pulling on the weapon banner and getting the donut instead of the bell
Chongus was used in the National team with Xingqui, Bennet and XIangling. Afterwards, when the characters expanded, he was only used in Reverse Melt... Briefly he is used on comps with Shenha, since Chongus can give cryo infusion.
I remember sitting on 22k gems when Kuki Shinobu came out. At that time she was the only electro support with healing ability. I spent little more then 20k to get her (c0). Its cool that we have a guaranteed 5* system but nothing similar for 4*. After that disaster of a banner I don't pull for new 4*
You're falling for the "collector mindset" trap the moment you say "i'll pull her just for the sake of having a 5 star character. Not against it by any means. That's how i think as well and I have every character in the game :x
Pulled for Kirara in Yoimiya's banner and in 35 pulls i got: one Chongyun, two Yun Jins and three Yoimiyas Not a single Kirara so far, but I won't give up!
i was about 20 from saved pity from last time i pulled just for miko and pulled her and kirara in my first 10 pull, savings going stronk with 24k in storage, just missing kokomi from the characters i want
There is nothing wrong with Chongyun. He used to be a part of the "national team" with him, XQ, Xiangling, and Bennet and he worked well. His issue is that Ganyu and especially Ayaka do the freeze/melt team way better than he does. If you like him and build him right he still works fine. He's just a B tier character that doesn't stand out, even at C6. Also Yoimiya is better than Diluc, don't @ me. If you like lore you have to do her second quest. It's incredible.
I mean Chongyun versions of National are just worse than the Sucrose version, Chongyun versions are functional but there's no real point to use them over using Sucrose instead. Also yeah pyro dps wise Hu tao > Yomiya > Klee > Diluc.
@@twigz3214 Eh, I was more thinking of how much better written Yoimiya has been, especially lately. Diluc like most of the Mondstadt crew suffers from the early writing woes and hiccups in his story quest, while both of Yoimiya's quests are far more interesting and she's more deep and dynamic as a character. But yes, Chongyun is just generally inferior today and there's little reason to use him. But if you have a thing for dudes with big swords you can make him work.
@@fullparagon7468 I think Yomiya's 1st quest could have been handled better, haven't done her 2nd one yet but will eventually. Hopefully someone will eventually take advanatge of Chonyun though, his kit is unqiue and someone might like the infusion and skill cd reduction eventually.
His F2P experience is defined by his team building progression, he is still f2p since the skin doesnt increases any strength level aside from aesthetic value, nor does it grants him extra resources useful for team building
Generally, her best team is Tighnari, Yae, Fischl, Kazuha. But you can for the most part slot in Nahida, dmc, Yaoyao, or Kirara in the dendro slot and Sucrose in the Anemo slot if you're lacking Kazuha, both are a bit worse but as long as you're keeping quicken uptime it works.
@@ShapeshifterOS The best Quicken team in terms of overall dps is Tighnari, Yae, Fischl, Kazuha. If you're using Nahida instead you just lose overall damage. She isn't a bad choice of course and can be better sometimes in mega aoe situations but Tighnari adds far more damage to the team than Nahida does with his much higher personal dps. Nahida buffs more than Tighnari of course, but Tighnari adds more to the overall team dps. em buffs are fine on Yae and Fischl but atk% is still better on both and it's kinda a meh buff overall, Nahida's buff is far better on someone like Alhaitham who has direct em scalings in his kit. The best team with Yae is Tighnari, Yae, Fischl, Kazuha. You can play what you want of course but Nahida isn't in Yae's highest dps team if that's what you're trying to play. You'd also generally prefer to play a team like this in single target since there are far better aoe options, and it's one of the best single-target teams in the game.
@@twigz3214 Depends on if you have c2 or not really. Tighnari only brings in a single target dps advantage which you start to lose the more enemies come into play.
@@ShapeshifterOS I mean if you're playing a quicken team vs 4+ enemies I wouldn't play a quicken team. Yae's and Fischl's dps tanks in aoe in comparison to other good aoe team options. In ST I'd still use Tighnari over C2 Nahida unless you just don't have good bow options for him, Nahida's dps is lackluster and the shred doesn't make up for Tighnari's much higher personal dps. In some situations it might though, just know from watching others that whale quicken teams often use C6 Tighnari > C6 Nahida in ST and Nahida's cons are obviously a lot better overall. Either way of course you can't really go wrong with Nahida in any dendro team since if she's not the best option she's at least the 2nd best one.
I find Kirara easier and more practical because I don't see any painful climbing anymore, except maybe in Liyue, which I have already forgotten the last time I was there.
