BUILD COMMENTARY:
This Sienna Necromancer build is a melee killing machine!
The reaper is an amazingly good weapon combined with the right talents.
Necromancer has her own career very good passive ability wich gives her more crit chance by just killing enemies.
Use heavy attacks frequently with her "Reaping" talent wich gives you unlimited cleaving power on critical attacks.
The Reaper is a slow weapon so heavy attacks leave gaps in your defence causing you to get hit often. Counter this with "Curse of the Undeath" wich gives you 80% damage reduction combined with barskin.
You can use the Reapers 1 Heavy then 1 Light attack chain, or use the push attack to apply fire.
Use her Soulstealer staff do deal with specials and apply her burning debuff on bigger targets.
With these +10% stats for your soulstaff you can oneshot many enemies and all specials
-Kill Maulers and Berserkers: shoot 1 normal projectile then soulsteal
-Chaos warriors: shoot 1 normal projectile then soulsteal.
If you proc hunter: chaos warrior will only need 1 critical soulsteal to die. If not, its 2 normal soulsteals.
Use your Elite "Dread Seneschal" Skeleton band with tactical precision and command them to charge and defend, Allowing you the much needed space for your heavy attacks.
