That's a good question..I just assumed it was Josh bc he was the only other person in the video, but it doesn't necessarily mean it was him

The reason I say that is because I think it's a bishop.. Even though Tyler is holding the cup the whole video, Josh never encourages him to drink it; also, the hand doesn't have any wrist tattoos like Josh has. Since Ned doesn't like to drink the chlorine and the bishops are clearly not on the same side as Ned, it would make sense that it's Nico or one of the other bishops, someone who doesn't support Tyler's creativity.

I always thought it was Nico handing Tyler the cup. Because a bit earlier you see a figure in a robe walk by when Tyler is sitting in the empty pool. And the hand looks more like the Bishop’s hand. Plus it fits with the theory of the cup representing other people’s opinions since Nico wants to control Tyler. And it explains why Ned cringes at the smell of it. Or the cup could represent something that Tyler thinks he needs to create, but either way, Ned’s reaction makes Tyler reconsider whether it’s good for him. Also, I think the empty pool is a loop, going back to the beginning before Josh helped Tyler fill the pool. I saw it as Tyler feeling empty and exhausted, not able to create. Similar to the well being dry. “The moment is medical.” So I don’t think the antlers went away, I think it’s a cue that it was a flashback. Many of the TØP videos play with time/sequencing.

Interesting that Ned needs a lot of chlorine to grow his antlers/(gain power of spiritual goodness and creativity), but he won’t drink it… could Ned be the Holy Spirit in Josh and Tyler’s beliefs? The Holy Spirit becomes more powerful as darkness becomes more obvious… and if chlorine is the poison/darkness, Ned becomes more powerful and stands out when darkness is at its peak…. Also, would explain how that is what has the power to overtake Dema, as the Holy Spirit is the weapon that enables believers to have the power to do so. No other power is stronger according to Christian doctrine.
