The music really helps lift this video, as it is slightly too long imo and the DNA metaphor is marketing nonsense. The facts speak for themselves. It's great that you used real employees and it certainly tells a compelling story. You just need to shave off 21 seconds or even 51 seconds for it to be really excellent.
The DNA bid made me laugh really hard because of its nonsense. Also, the part about being a 120+ year old company and saying your employees are your greatest strength. If your company spans nearly two lifetimes, chances are it's the product, not the employees... They really dropped the ball on saying their fasteners are the greatest strength
