For those of us who need the P shot, trust me when I tell you it's no laughing matter. It is beyond embarrassing when you got a hot Pinay laying beside you and you can't get it up. Without it I have no sex life. I use it 2-3x a week. The needle used is a very fine/small needle. It is instant success. Lasts up to 4 hours. You could pearse steel with your organ. It made me about 2" longer and rounder. I use EDEX 40.

B-12 shots can be done by primary care doctors. It's a shot in the arm once a month. As we age, our stomach no longer has parietal cells to absorb the B-12 from protein that we eat.

Hi Trev, There is a new table tennis club for serious players on the 3rd floor of Mike Shopping Mall. Its called AA Table Tennis Club. It is for serious tt players, the first that I've seen in Pattaya since I've been going in 2009. It might be a good subject for a vlog/part vlog at some point. I have not been to it yet but will do next time I'm there. Good for a bit of exercise (rather than running or going to a gym) & keeping your eye in while you are away for a couple of weeks if you play regularly. I believe that they run tournaments, you can train with the staff or play against a robot.Regards Richard. Sussex.

I accept that these vitamin, mineral, supplement drips especially for hangovers, do work. My father was doing this back in the 70's using drips for alcoholics to get back to their "normal" state and recover from their drunkenness. Recovery is usually within hours not days, but this depends on the cocktail that is mixed into the drip. Wonder what's in the P-shot?

P-shot. I've done it at home. The needle isn't that big a deal (if you do it right) but the 4 hour rock hard-on can be problematic. Takes about 20 min. to kick in but you'd better be ready for a marathon session. Won't do it again.

I had had PRP for tennis elbow and it worked wonders. I needed it once a week for about three months (with a gap of 2 weeks) after the first month. Mine was pretty bad and it has pretty much gone away. I will still need the bone spurs removed at some point but the tendon is much happier.

Hi Trev. If I have the P-Shot, will my wee come out in two places? LOL. Love the videos. You shouldn’t put yourself down so much as the spontaneity is a good feature, but actually, they’re well planned. Is the BP down? I’d definitely make that a priority, and certainly before high physical stress such as competitive table tennis. You can get your own BP monitor; they work fine and I got one from Boots for £36. I always think that if you’ve put weight on gradually over x years, then you should think about that kind of time frame to lose it. Maybe reduce the booze a little. I know it’s hard to fit into a busy schedule (and I think you already do) but I’d try to do brisk walking, not necessarily every day. Maybe on a ride video you could park the bike and walk a bit, switching the camera off for say half an hour so you could go faster and didn’t have to talk.

After decades in Thailand this is something new to me. With generic viagra at the chemist shops so cheap, with no prescription needed, around $3 USD for 100mg, can cut in half, why would anyone stoop to this? Lol, you taught me something new. But I can eat my B vitamins instead. Kudos.

There isn't very much in these alternative treatments that cannot be had by eating properly. I would also suggest doing some research , before having needles and drips put in you in Thailand , may be a good idea. As well ensure that if you have any negative reactions that your existing health coverage will not abandon you. All that considered , an interesting video , regardless of my own trepidations

hahaha trev gotta love you mate, it is an entertaining video, watching you squirm, anyway on a serious note I contacted them yesterday on their line ID, and for everyone, it is actually encouraging, they replied with a clear diagram pic of where exactly the injection is inserted, and yes they use ( stem cells ) which in itself is encouraging, and I asked about any pain or swelling and how long if any this may take to subside, you get pain when the first anaesthetic needle is inserted, and 10 to 15 minutes some more pain not bad though while the anaesthetic begins to work, after the red spots where the needles were inserted, after 6 hours you will feel normal, i would imagine it would be preferable to hold out for a day, before you go at the girls like a sex maniac, probably have the treatment in the evening and just go home and sleep it off overnight, I must say it is very affordable, had 2 more questions i am waiting for answers too, but their you have it,
