Crazy how all of these sound exactly like the real life versions. Even the ones that come stock with a turbo have the turbo sound on the stock version.
Supposedly it's the opening/closing of the throttle body Also wonder what they used for the stage 3-4 supercharger you find on most muscle cars and on the CLK500
My Top 5: 5th - Tuned Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG (22:30) The V12 itself is fairly nice, but the shifting oscillation between gears gives me chills and moves it ahead of most of the rest. 4th - Lotus Europa S (27:00) The best naturally aspirated sound out there. Who knew an Inline-4 could have some of the most beautiful rev sounds, and then that shifting oscillation... holy. 3rd - Koenigsegg CCX (52:00) The CCX has one of the most low-key V8 sounds but it gives off an audial aura that I can only describe as beautiful. The shifting oscillation and the supercharger does the rest of the symphony's work. 2nd - Tuned Renault Clio V6 (13:30) The Clio V6 might be a strange pick for second place, but it does its job beautifully. The oscillation here is much more of a punch than a reverb and it works well with the V6 which you can actually feel the pistons drumming to as the RPMs grow along its line. Hats off. 1st - Tuned Ford GT (46:30) Oh boy, how do I put this beauty into words. The talking is done through the eargasms with that supercharger whine perfectly blending into the shifting oscillation. Second best shifting oscillation to the SL65 already, but the combination of low-and-high with the V8 and supercharger is better to listen to than anything else in the game.
1. The SL65 sound is actually recorded from an SL55 which as a V8. 2. The Europa sound is just a reused Elise sound, at least use some Mazda Protege sounds, Black Box! 3. The CCX sound is a mix of a Chrysler SRT8 + TVR Tuscan sound, wtf? 4. The Clio also uses BMW M3 E46 + 350Z sounds but at least that's still a V6. 5. The Ford GT is the only car here that has its own proper sound.
Upgraded Corvette, Lambos, Porsches, Viper and the BMW M3 GTR (the whine and the engine sounds much better than in MW, in my opinion) are the best sounding cars in this game. Corvette sound is sooooo aggressive, I Love it.
even amongst the new need for speed, nfsc still gives the ear the satisfaction that makes u feel that u are driving something powerfull under the wheel
Ford mustang and mercedes CLK500 sounds so mid in this game but i absolutely love the sound of the Reanult Clio V6, Porsches, Lotus Elsie, Audi R8, Jaguar XK, Corvette Z06, RX7, RX8, BMW M3 GTR, Lamborghinis, Golf R32, Alfa Romeo Brera, Dodge Viper, Dodge Charger SRT and the koneisegg

@@carnell7785 and I like the Subaru wrx Racing Engine sound reminds me Rally Subaru racing sound on 360/PS3 unlike Ps2/wii the racing Engine sounds like Nfs Underground 2
@rawrbawlzat the expense of being twice the size of Genshin Impact, yes, the big complaint is, Races are too short, I'm okay with detailed tracks at the expense of Open World Function, but... It is twice the size of Genshin... And the races are like 30 seconds long
even though horizon 5 improved a lot of sounds, there's still a LOT of sounds that are not fixed and the sounds aren't good enough BECAUSE of the low end, i can't hear the bass/sub frequencies unless i give a 20-ish db boost which is enough to make any person deaf if it were a boost in the high frequencies lmao Forza Motorsport 6 NAILED the car sounds, there's enough low end to make bass heads coom and satisfy car nerds
If only all cars were available in career mode and main menu... The Mitsubishi eclipse from the nineties is the best, but the latecomers at EA put the horrible "gt" 🤮
