Vulpes Velox clearly you don't know what the mod is for actualy do you,the drifting physics are not like the sandbox you get on the track,this is not a show off,just showing the mod,not trying to prove anything,if you want something good check out my other videos
I don't get it, what's this mod supposed to do? Cause I mean, the AI cars aren't drifting, and if I remember correctly the normal Drift physics in this game were alright, not the best, but it wasn't the worst.
the drift physics for the player is perfect,but since AI doesn't support drifting,since it wasn't even implemented for AI to drift,this mod is more meant for the AI to drift slightly and increase drifting for the player also,AI cars also drift slightly,like small basic drifts like 100 points max,but they do drift,just not the way you would expect,watch this to understand what i mean ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-E5G8yU4jkN4.html
But weren't there drift physics for the AI in the Need For Speed Underground series? Is it possible to put that data into Carbon? I mean I could see why that wouldn't work since Underground was really outdated by the time Carbon came out.
there was AI drifting in UG2,Carbon was intended to use UG2 Game engine (EAGL),idea was scrapped,so it uses MW2005 based game engine,the UG2 game engine is not compatible,in any way to carbon,so it's impossible to import data from UG2,only way i know, is that you have to reverse Engineer the game in order to implement AI drifting data,i don't know if any other modder is working on this.
havent tested it out on streets,but it was designed for more like Canyon races,you can try,text me the results if you try on street,got problem buying parts for PC,so havent done anything,cause got my projects and stuff on different computer.
