Hey blackpanthaa. Maybe you can try and find out if you can to break the 240 mph speed limiter with a mod update maybe. Could you imagine bringing the rsr to a top speed of, 252 or 287 or maybe 305 mph. You can also try that vs heat lvl 5 cops at night or in the day.
