Here's a video to show what a multiplayer session in Need for Speed Most Wanted can look like. The Koenigsegg Agera R I'm using for racing is one of the last cars you unlock in this game, it's the fastest racer together with the Bugatti Veyron. It's fast paced, seamless and very, very action packed!
People frequently ask when you get a certain car. Unlocking cars in MP is a bit different than SP. Check Multiplayer car milestones to find out at what SpeedPoint Level you unlock each car.

Multiplayer is separated from singleplayer you you start out with the SP level you're currently on. Cars unlock according to your SP level, but mods have to be "earned" from driving the car and performing various tasks, just like in singeplayer.

You unlock the car when you reach Speed Level 68-70, can't remember really. Check multiplayer car milestones to see when you unlock a certain car.

That's how nitrous work in MP. The further you're behind the leader, the quicker your nitrous bar will fill up. That's why it looked like I had infinite nitrous.

Yeah, the amount of really good drivers seem to be quite low. Yes, i do like it. Sure, it's not made for ramming but then again, if you're a good driver you won't need aero body and lightweight chassis. If you're having trouble with it's "weakness" just switch out the race parts.

You unlock with you reach speed level 68 or 69.

Nope, it works a little bit different in MP. Colors are unlock via challenges, similar to those in MP where you have to drive to a certain mileage until you unlock a lightweight chassis for instance. In general, these are awarded for take downs and distance jumped with the car.

Yeah, the Koenigsegg Agera R is a really good car, one of the best - if not the best in the game. Only contender for the top spot is the Hennesey from the new DLC, but it doesn't handle quite as good as the Koengigsegg but its a tiny bit faster.

This video was to showcase the multiplayer for everyone, not to show off any driving skills. But yes, you're right. In this video I drive like shit, but who cares? :) Oh, and this was posted about a week after I had the game, add me and i'll give you a good run on any track, trust me ;)

In MP you unlock new cars by your SP level. If you check your multiplayer car milstones you'll see what level is required to unlock cars.

Yes, if you get into to the menu you can see which cars you unlock at what levels if you select multiplayer car milestones. I think the Bugatti unlocks around 32 or so.

I got the game retail with a disc but my dvd-drive isn't working so i entered the key and downloaded and installed it via Origin, hope this helps!

If your friend has the car at lvl 14 then he bought it. It unlocks at level 60.

pretty damn good driving there. gameplay online looks really chaotic on PC, but overall fun. probably make for a good LAN party game or something.

hah, wouldn't say that but thanks. yeah, it's somewhat frantic at times but again this also makes it really fun. There’s never a dead moment and everything is really seamless. Game doesn’t support LAN but you can setup private matches for you and your friends so if you’re at a LAN, if you have online connection you’re all set!

Ford raptor starts really slow when you press gas on vita. So much tire spin. Handles so much better on ps3/4 Xbox and pc.

Because we use the metric system i many countries and not imperial. In Europe for example almost every country uses the metric system instead of imperial, so its just more logic to use something you're used to.

Need for speed is the best sold racing game series ever made. Changing anything about NFS's great base would be the most stupid thing to do. You personally not liking EA's product does not mean NFS is shit. There are plenty of other racing games for you to play i'm 100% sure.

Nope, you unlock cars differently in MP. You unlock cars by your SP level. If you check my current total score you can see that when I'm starting this session my Speed Level is 70. I think you unlock this car at level 69 or 68. If you want to find out at what level you unlock the cars at, select multiplayer milestones and then browse through the car sections to see what's next.

I like guys like you, coz no offense but some people are new to the game and don't really know their way around, so always coming first becomes boring, but every now and then a pro comes and gives a real challenge! Do you like the Kenigsegg, it handles great but its hella weak as well.

heh, well games and pc is a hobby so i like to overclock my things as well. first bought a Inno3D GTX 780 iChill HerculeZ 3000 (lol, wtf did they think of when they named that thing?!) but wasn't pleased with how it responded to overclocking so sold it and bought a EVGA GTX 780 Classified, that card alone was 965$. Just estimating a value with my current components :)

i totally agree! we need a driving game where you're just supposed to drive straight forward all the time. Enough with this left and right bullshit already. I crave a game that's straightforward.

if you are thinking of buying this game, dont and here are some of the reasons: 1.the online component is horrible, you are thrown into random games with random challenge types, you cannot just do a random race for instance, instead u will likely get "take out your opponent" 2. on the 360 there are only 2 views, headlight view, and regular. 3. the graphics are very average, infact its hard to predict corners because it looks so pixel fucked/ blurry. this is on a 38inch HD tv 4. customization
