It's around 2 years late, but here you go anyway. Better late than never.
This nearly 20 mins long video (and almost 55 GB of disk space) should explain why I've been dead lately. Also NFSMW rules.
You'll need this mod to recreate the M3 perfectly.

Edit: Made a little mistake here on the rims. The zones which control how dark the rims are (Zone 4 and Zone 6) were supposed to be at 55%, not 75%. For the example on how 55% looks like, see my engine sounds overhaul's M3 E46 thumbnails.

if i remember correctly , there is some kind of "mod" (not really a mod , it just unlocks some hidden features) that allows you to use the real vinyl.

I did it. Thanks to You. It's a grind in Pro Street. Those who have not played Pro Street on PC the vinyls take more than eternity to load. Even on a high end pc. As you see in the video the vinyls are quite unresponsive. It took me around 45 minutes to replicate what he was doing.

While the vinyl exists in the game, I can't say the same for the bodykit. It'll be VERY different. I probably won't make this, but I'll see what I can do.

It's from the mod. You can't do so in the base game.

This is a livery guide. It does not come with the model. If you want the M3 GTR model, the link's ik the descriptio. If you want the non-modded version of the M3 livery, the link is also in the description.

Well... it's kinda too broad to explain them all. Unless you have a specific question to ask, I'd recommend watching the tutorials first.

@@upwaveflash8429 ah that. There should be an arrow or something on the edge of the field. It will open up a drop-down. Those are the ones you can change.

Imagine how tricky it would be to make the Most Wanted BMW on PlayStation 2 Prostreet. It takes forever for vinyls to load in and when you move vinyls on PS2, it takes a good while to show you where you moved it to

Y'all know what, felix's comment made me realize that it is unfair for me to just leave the video right here, because all console players are unable to get the M3 GTR mod. I'll postpone my main project (engine sounds overhaul) videos and make this livery again, but this time with the original M3 from the game. Hope the 2nd video will help all of you. No worries, it's actually much easier to do with the original M3. It still eats up all 20 vinyl slots, however. It's just much simpler than this video's version.

Vinyl 270 in special is for the M3 but it’s only in white

Yea, it's not needed, I'll delete it. Thanks for the heads-up! Notice that, as stated in the video, you'll get a different result if you follow the steps, but with the original M3.

Just a little update: Consoles can't install car mods, so your only option is to use the original car model. The layers will be a little bit different, so I'll (have to) make a video about it soon. Yes, that is unfortunately: 1. Unable to be obtained without modding, which I myself still can't get it to run nicely. 2. Cannot be applied to the M3 GTR mod, because both models have different vinyl mapping.

No problem! Make sure you have the correct version though. Both car versions have different vinyl mapping. This is the M3 GTR mod version. If you're using the unmodded (original from the game) one, the link is in the description.
