You can get this car for free for both Racer and Cop versions.In order to unlock the car you need to be at least level 21 on both Cop and Racer.Its one of the fastest cars in the game if I do say so myself.
Same here,I got every single car for both Racer and Cop career (Including DLC's).I just need to finish the Racer Speedlists to unlock all the decals for each car

This is a free DLC car that you can get.If you have the DLC car,you just need to complete "Any Rank 20 assignment" or "Any Speedlist at Rank 20" (If you're playing as a Racer).
