Some things they do are encouraging bad horse behaviors. Horses are not toys for your amusement. You of course can have fun with them, but treat them better. I hope you all get some instruction in basic horse care.

I absolutely loathe people who stand with a horse or pony and while it chews their hair, clothing or a body part and say something like no or don't do that, but are not moving away and are either laughing or giggling about it at the same time. Horses are very intelligent creatures and must wonder what they are meant to do with such mixed messages coming at them. If people don't want the horse to do something surely the thing to do is say no or stop in a firm voice and move out of the way, so they can't be reached the horse would soon learn if somebody meant it not to do something, if they were consistent and repeated this every time a negative action was done. It just seems to be a logical step to me and when the horse stops the unwanted actions praise it, and if it starts again you just repeat previous actions and move away saying no or stop, using the same word every time not switching from one to the other and being firm and consistent every time. Never ever getting violent at any time.

@ 2:33 I wonder if some sort of curry-comb device could be designed with a rubber grip on it so that horses like these two friends could scratch each other's butts and help keep themselves looking good. :D

At about the 6:00 mark, the horse has a terrible infection in its hind leg-it’s swollen to about double normal size, she’s trying to make him go in a circle around her and he doesn’t understand, and ends up falling…how is that entertaining?
