Oh no! That happened to one of mine and one of my windmills recently, idk why, they can be finicky. Hope the other palms are doing well!

@@palmplanet I can’t exactly remember the name but it was some botanical Garden in Louisville Kentucky there was a huge clump of many healthy needle palms and I know it gets quite cold there🥶
