RIP to one of the greatest performers in WWE History, Jimmy Superfly Snuka.

This song brings tears to my eyes because I think of my uncle Chris who means everything to me and passed in 2017 from liver cancer. Makes me think of times I had with him. I cry every time I listen to this because it reminds me of him.

I know it may sound silly, but this song is just a little stronger for me today after the news about Kobe Bryant and his daughter. I hope through all this horrible pain, it brings his wife and remaining family closer to the Lord. I pray they hear Him despite the hurt and anger I'm sure they feel right now. It took my mom dying at 59 for me to be reunited with my dad. God will ALWAYS bring good from bad. Trust in Him when it seems there's no way out.

I've lost 2 siblings, and this song speaks volumes to my soul!! In my sorrow and sadness, I know that my siblings and all of the loved ones that have died, are in heaven and I will see them again one day!! God is good though everything!!

We as a WWE community have lost one of the greatest in ring performers to ever live. One of the pioneers of wrestling who paved the way for multiple superstars today. He broke a racial barrier and is one of the most influential wrestlers in history. Rest in peace Jimmy, you will be remembered.

This song brings me tears of sadness and happiness because when I was about 5 my parents got divorced and I liked my mom far more than my dad so whenever my dad would come to my moms to pick me and my sister up I would sing this in my head and now I relate to it so much more because of these words “close my eyes and think of you, go to sleep and dream of you” meaning that is when I was at my dads thinking this about my mom and it happens that this her favorite song of all time and you are mine and my moms favorite band ❤
