As a neeko top player i can tell you the pick is busted and a lot flexible with builds.. the best way to play her imo is with nashor tooth rush(you can even max Q if you need waveclear) and then decide if you wanna go ap/burst(lich bane/protobelt/zhonia) or full on hit (guinsoo/bork/terminus)
