Neel, you are truly great for what you do mate. It’s easy to crack a joke or 2 but for you doing it for 30mins without any cold-moments. Means 99% of the time is enjoyable, that’s another level shot man. I am glad we have a guy like you in our country. I would pay for your show , period.

A wise man once said this “the gender wage gap is a multi faceted problem” If companies could higher women at a lower rate women would occupy the majority of jobs.
And the real problem with the income gap is women choosing lower paying jobs while men are more likely to choose risky jobs, for example my Aunty works in the mines. In her crew there are 30 men and 5 women. And women stop pursuing their career to have children, taking time off work, therefore don't make it to higher positions. Sorry for taking everything literal but if he’s going to bring it up and explain it at least explain it properly?
Additionally women get pregnant while men usually don't, meaning that women can take up to 6 months off every 12 months, while men can not. This is usually part of the calculations as well and represented in a 1% difference. If that difference isn't there, they either really want you to be part of their team (and therefore actually pay you more without it appearing on the check) or have had bad experience with all those lawsuits.

I’ve seen a few of these jokes made a year or more ago by other comedians. I don’t know if he ripped them off or just had similar thinking, but I find it odd. I’ve always loved Neel’s comedy but this isn’t as great as his last 2 shows.

It just feels like he’s waiting for them to laugh and his jokes have no flow they jump around too much. Its like “school. Now you laugh. Ok they laughed. Dick. Now you laugh. Why arent you laughing? Okay one person laughed. Back to school.”
