True spirituality will take u to a level that brings so much of joy in yr heart that u just want to get up and dance. Its not easy to explain this to people who have a very narrow minded view of what it actually means. God is to be celebrated, not restrained ! Religion is rigid with all its rules of do's and dont's, spirituality on the other hand frees u. Even the ancient siddhars were known to be quite "different" , appearing quite mad at times. Lord Shiva himself was called a "pitthan" (mad man) by Sunderar who went on to become one of the greatest Shavite Saints. Sadhguru is actually reconnecting people back to some ancient practises, only difference is he is giving a modern touch to it. Ofcos some will only chose to see it through a blurred lense.
