I first heard this song around 1977-78 when I was in the navy. My roommate, an Indian, and I'm Jamaican. I used to play my reggae and he would play his Indian songs. Eventually, his music grew on me and to this day this is still one of my favorite songs. I found him on FB decades later and told him.
I have been listening to this song since my childhood. Very first time listen to your singing. You have a miracle voice. It's very clear. Good luck!! From 🇱🇰

For the first time I am hearing this song sung by someone other than Mahendra Kapoor. Wonderful my dear boy wonderful. Almost full justice to the original.
I have also not heard any other singer singing this song. Dasettan is said to have sung this song in Bombay some time ago, but I was not able to hear that. Vaibhav has sung really well. But I am not able to forget great Mahendrakapoor Sab. I miss him and our dearest Bombay Ravi Sir (Ravi Shankar Sharma, versatile music director of this movie and also most of the movies of BR Films).
This is the first song tat i heard from vaibhav..n instantly became his fan ..n i lost d count how many times i listened this song ...superbly done by vaibhav....god bless vaibhav
In the quiet of the night, I find solace in solitude, A gentle breeze whispers through the trees, a peaceful interlude. The world fades away, leaving me alone with my thoughts, As I listen to the symphony of nature, my mind is caught. His beautiful voice echoes in my mind, a soothing melody, Guiding me through the darkness, bringing me serenity. I close my eyes and let his words wash over me, Filling me with a sense of calm, setting my spirit free. The stars above twinkle in the sky, a blanket of light, I feel a connection to the universe, a sense of delight. In this moment of stillness, I am one with the earth, Embracing the beauty of solitude, finding my worth. His beautiful voice continues to sing, a lullaby of peace, I let go of my worries, my fears begin to cease. I am lost in the moment, lost in his enchanting song, Finding solace in solitude, where I truly belong. So I will cherish these moments, these moments of grace, Listening to his beautiful voice, finding my place. In the quiet of the night, in the stillness of my soul, I find serenity in solitude, making me whole.
The same experience of me on 1968s when iwas kid at Agra Air Force camp, eve my dad accidently killed that night our just neighbuor Bengali air force family took me there that night that Bengali Babu sung this song, while i hearing this song Iam went back that time with huntig rememberance of my dad!
In our Gujarati Language there is a proverb...that મોર નાં ઈંડા ને ચિતરવા નો પડે ". "બાપ એવા બેટા અને વડ એવા ટેટા"...Means, this is proven by Shidhant's singing that MK has reborn in his Son's Family..🎉wel sung, Dear...May your Grand Father's blessings be always with you... Keep it up...👌👍🌹
Vaibhav...you are simply brilliant and creating a great thread within an enduring and magnificent tradition of Indian music. This is as good as it gets!
is bache ka himmat maan na padega, is gaane ko gaane mei ache ache ka hava nikal jaatha hai, song looks very easy but when you attempt it then only you know the depth of this tune. thats why you hardly see such songs are sung in reality shows. great job Vaibav, I had goose bumps listening to you. THE CONFIDENCE, VOICE QUALITY & THE THROW WAS SUPERB GOD BLESS YOU.
I listened to so many male and female Indian's(Hindustani)singers, I noticed that most of them not only so so talented but their voice are so powerful, amazing, fantastic and so marvellous! Most of the songs they sang were nostalgic! And a part from that some of the male and female singers are handsome and beautiful! Not too much to say I'm one of enthusiast of classic Indian's(Hindustani)songs! 😀😁😆😆

I heard this song in Indonesian version sung by Rhoma Irama entitled Bulan Purnama. I did believe that this song must be originally from India. I like this song very much. I do salute and admire Vaibhav voice. his voice is so gentle different from the other singers. I have three singers right now. Salman Ali, Faiz and Vaibhave having unique voice
