Mam can i have a solution to my problem , mam during the neet prep i was all alone at home preparing for the exam , its been 3 years after my 10th now , mam i had choosen to prepare online and focus on studies rather than going offline , interacting with people and making friends which can potentially hinder my prep , but mam since i am a boy am being 18 plus gradually sexual thoughts begin roaming around my mind , they became more frequent as time went , it felt so disturbing nd i couldnt even focus , mam to just let them out i use to ejaculate not frequently but i use to do it , mam i cant figure it out on how to get out of this trap now , at present i feel so disturbed all day , i am in a habit of ejaculating now to stress out myself and i cant figure it out on how to stop such kind of bad habbit which i had gained unfortunately , pls help me mam i can stop thoughts but m not able to stop ejaculating everyday😭😔
