The fifth day of the Parliament session was once again full of chaos. The issue of NEET paper leak dominated both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha houses. Opposition MPs surrounded the ruling party. It started from Rajya Sabha. While Union Minister J.P. Nadda was presenting his views in the House, the MPs of the opposition parties and the opposition leaders themselves reached near the Speaker's table raising slogans. Speaker Jagdeep Dhankhar expressed his displeasure on this and said that today has become a black spot in the history of the Indian Parliament.
संसद के सत्र का पांचवा दिन एक बार फिर हंगामेदार रहा. लोकसभा और राज्यसभा दोनों ही सदनों में नीट पेपर लीक का मुद्दा छाया रहा. विपक्षी सांसदों ने सत्ता पक्ष को घेरा. शुरुआत राज्यसभा से हुई. जहां केंद्रीय मंत्री जे.पी​.​नड्डा सदन में अपनी बात रख रहे थे तभी विपक्षी दलों के सांसद और खुद नेता विपक्ष नारे लगाते हुए स्पीकर की मेज के पास पहुंच गए. इस पर स्पीकर जगदीप धनखड़ ने नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा कि आज का दिन भारतीय संसद के इतिहास में काला धब्बा बन गया है. ​
