Yesterday I took Cloazepam 1mg.... Thinking it is final dose. Took CBT for last 6months. Thought everything will end but unfortunately....... What should I do sir? Shall I shift to zolpidem sos as clona dose is increasing day by day

Sir in last month off preparation I couldn't focus to much due to anxiety and stress while studying but i was backing myself ki bas 1 month more so I have not consulted for that But now I have to go through this process again should I consider consulting with psychiatrist??? Please reply sir as introverts this problem is to much during exam

@@user-re2sd9ez7b yeah I did give exam in both November and may session. I saw marked difference in rank vs scores in both exams. Even I was thinking that I was scammed. But then I thought that seats are too less why so many people will buy paper of aiims etc. bs yehi soch kar mann ko samjha Lia. Also neet pg mei idk why people don’t protest.

it’s disappointing sir but i felt guilty for actually feeling relieved as it got cancelled i couldn’t comple all subject as a working employee at private sector. hoping for a psychiatric revision session from youtube sir i couldn’t subscribe multiple platforms 😢
