I wanted to know after opting seat in the 1st round and opting for upgrade and in between if we get seat in state counselling then can we with draw from that college by taking full fee to join through state allotment is this possible

Round 2 me 4 type candidate participate kar sakte hain..(not 3) 1.. Jo direct R2 me aarhe hain. 2..R1 wale. jinhe seat allot nahi hui hai 3..R1 ke free exit wale 4..R1 wale jo upgrade ke liye R2 me aayenge.

One can not upgrade his seat if he’s not getting any seat(fresh or upgraded )in round 2. You can’t retain round one seat and go for round 3. Before making any video pls confirm what are you saying. Don’t misguide people.
