40:35 Adithya sir you r wrong about this bcz since we r loosing so much proteins in urine our liver tries to produce more protein to maintain the fall in oncotic pressure . But liver being an idiot will try to produce many types of proteins including lipoproteins. So this increased lipoproteins especially vldl to idl to ldl causes the increase in cholesterol!!
