Yes, they can. There are options in the receiver to either mix the two mics together or record them separate into the right and left channel.

We want to start a little podcast, just with iPhone video recording and this neewer mics. Is it possible to extend to one more mic? To buy another one, cause we are three people. Sorry absolute noob

The only way to add a 3rd mic is to purchase a 2nd kit and record the audio separately with two kits.

@Riquelme23 I was you, I'd buy something like a Zoom H1n audio recorder which has multiple mic inputs, and then get 3 or how many mics you need and plug them into the zoom recorder. This is the cheap option. You can also go for a more expensive option and use what I use as an audio recorder. I use the audio devices mix pre 6ii with sennheiser mke 600mics. This is an expensive option.

Noise cancelling definitely worsens the quality but not bad at all overall!

I think it's a good budget option and personally, I use these as a last resort backup audio on some of my professional shoots.
