• Iubirea E O Flacara VideoBlocks.com Royalty Free License Agreement This license agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms by which EMANUEL ALEXANDRU NEAGU of NOUA GENERATIE, with an address of COTOFENESTI , PLOIESTI, ROMANIA-107651 and email of alexneagu007@gmail.com obtain the right to use video clips and other media content ("Stock Files") that they download from the website located at www.videoblocks.com (the "Site"). This Agreement is in addition to the Terms of Use applicable to the Site that all persons downloading Stock Files from the Site have previously entered into. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Terms of Use (which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference), the terms of this Agreement shall govern. PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING OR USING ANY STOCK FILES FROM THE SITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU: (I) HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT; (II) ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH FOOTAGE FIRM, THE OPERATOR OF THE SITE; AND (III) HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE CUSTOMER, AND TO BIND THAT COMPANY TO THIS AGREEMENT. THE TERM "YOU" REFERS TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY, AS APPLICABLE, IDENTIFIED AS THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU REGISTERED ON THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE ANY STOCK FILES.
