@@iamcase1245 In the end everyone is an archetype, life is superdetermined, the way people act is so predictable that there's literal scriptures describing character behaviors that you still see today, yet those parables go thousands of years back, no one is unique, and individualism is a myth. Everything you ever thought about has been thought about
Punk Bands who just stand there and stare at the wall the whole gig are the best. The singer of my favourite Punkband "Kackschlacht" does this and sometimes jokingly ask if people please can make some room for his stage acting.
I don't care what anybody says, he's crazy talented and he captures the feeling of alienation from contemporary culture better than anyone. The songs might be musically simple, but they're more interesting and relevant than what pretty much anyone else does. I'm politically progressive though he'd rightly call out that kind of label is nonsense that doesn't mean much, and I mostly listen to extreme metal and post-punk, but Negative XP is one of the most important contemporary artists and I wonder if he'll ever receive recognition for that.
@@ٴ24 this man made a song called Scott pilgrim ruined women or something which is essentially saying a movie ruined women and has a ton of horrible mysogynist undertones
man i wanna see nxp live so bad. sucks that hes probably never gonna do a tour either because theres no opportunity or because he just doesn't feel like it lol.
@@leafthehuman Schizophrenic Texan Outsider Artist, very inspirational guy, greatest underdog story in music history, making albums in his garage with a shitty tape recorder and children's piano yet he became one of the greatest artists of the late 20th century and an inspiration to Kurt Cobain
This dude is super talented and has witty and clever lyrics. It’s a shame he’s attached himself to the incel community, because he has so much potential being his miserable brooding self. Killer voice, too.
he has distanced himself from the term incel and is a lot less edgy. idk if you seen the doomer fest drama but he was pretty much the first to speak up about all the fucked shit those people were doing (taking drugs with minors and punching girls)
@@CatMeatstew well that’s awesome to hear - dude has a ton of potential and to represent punk rock one should stand up against oppressive acts, so that’s a relief
"This song is about ____ " bits really made this vid lol. What a funny guy, relatable music too. Idgaf about what people say, he makes good music. Interesting to hear him life ngl sounds way better than recordings (Btw dude looks tiny in other live vids like 5'6 or something lmao I could put him in my pocket 😭)
I know neg xp is a total sperg but why doesn’t he put together a complete band. Even just a bassist with a drum machine would be awesome, like early Ween.
