it's not lore, the satalites are weapons, if i have everything correct. I tried to decipher all the stuff to use them, but got stuck when it asked me to use a specific cypher method I only found a decrypter for on some sketchy microsoft web store page that was exclusively in vietnamese. very neighborhood wars. I may install it to try and use it as this point, if i find anything, I'll update this.
@@asianguy2145 real to my knowledge. I was gonna install it, but my microsoft account is being stupid, so I don't want to deal with it. Go to the house at the far end of the map and look at the paper on the desk on the second floor for what i'm talking about.
the first satelite has a code in the little note, i think it was suppose to do something with a computer in the lower bunker, sadly they removed it, anyways helped me a lot thanks
