What about the area called University City Hills -❓ The area in between Delmar and Pershing- I’m also interested to find out about the apartments/Condos along Pershing Avenue just north of a school- Flynn Park. Thanks.
University Hills is beautiful! Some really lovely homes in that area. I'm not sure about the apartments/condos that you're looking at though. Pershing runs just south of Flynn Park...there are more condos a little further east on Pershing in the DeBaliviere neighborhood?
Hi there! That is something that I honestly don’t know anything about. I haven’t heard of any major gang activity in U City but maybe check out some of the area crime stats for more info.
