It never ceases to amaze me how many vacant abandoned homes are around. Adverse possession should be used to help put families in them instead of letting them rot. Thanks for the video.
You should come visit my city of Shreveport Louisiana. Before General Motors, AT&T, Libbey Glass, KCS RR buyout consolidation, etc. We had over 250,000 strong households with always needing more houses, apartments, and rentals. Now, after all that stuff happened, we are less than 180,000 housholds. We have more vacant and abandoned homes and apartments that they could end homelessness with the quick signature of a pen. Bit as it stands, I have a lot of that in my city now. Not counting the vacant lots and even seen vacant blocks.
You are advocating taking someone’s personal property away from them. If the taxes are paid, it is their property to do with how they want too. If the taxes are not paid, then their are legal remedies to take possession. if a property lawn is not maintained, check your local ordinances and notify code enforcement. Talk to your city and county commissioners if you have solutions to homelessness.
There are some people that are not worthy of a nice house like that because they can’t or wont take care of it. Thank you for cleaning up the clippings!
A LOT OF TIME involved in this transformation !! Especially the raking at the end... that was unbelievable ...such a nice touch that most will not do....I hope you get PAYING jobs in the area because of this !!!
I love watching lawn channels. This was my first time watching yours. I subscribed. I like the detail work you do. Good luck in your business. Hope you get many subscribers. ❤
Brian, you can tell in the wide-angle shots that this is a neighborhood where lawns are *beautifully* kept. You definitely brought this yard up to that standard. Wonderful job! ❤️
I love your channel. My OCD and neat-freakness is totally high fiving your amazing work. I am sure the neighbors couldn't believe their luck when you finished this project. INCREDIBLE!!!
Love watching Gardens lawn maintenance channels. Very nice work nice and neatly done. Yes, like other comments, there are so many abandoned homes out there with nice big yards. give them to homeless families for a cheaper rent. cities mayors and councils should do it for the community and humanity.
I just watched the shorter version of this video with the Conti music. 😊 Nice job, and I like that you collect the clippings instead of mowing over them several times then leaving them.
CHICAGO, IL - Great transformation! It was nice to see the grass was green beneath the tall grass and there were just a few bare spots in the back. Looks like you’ve been landscaping it for a while, which is not always the case when the grass is that long. Cheers
Just found your channel. New subscriber from East Texas. Very nice job, and very enjoyable video. You do nice work. Keep doing what you’re doing, helping others. I appreciate you. ❤️
I really appreciate the fact that you pay attention to the drainage area of the property. Not many other free yard care people do that. I also love how you used the weedeater to do the bush by the house. Awesome work, sir. Thank you for your videos.
Such a nice house and a great surrounding. It's a big shame that none of the neighbors take care of it. The more abandoned it looks, the more it will negatively impact the neighborhood as well-a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I think my favorites of your makeovers are your raking up the grass clippings and trimming the good bushes back while cutting out the volunteers. I am always amazed at how much grass you rake out of the lawn and how quick you pick the piles up! Another pretty transformation! Great job! The neighbors got happy for sure! What state are you in? Louisiana or Florida?
Not only a problem in US, UK have a lot of abandoned houses. We have loads of new building sites in my area. Need to do something about abandoned as well. Rant over
There’s a kid I watch who has 1.24m subscribers and he doesn’t do near the detail and finish wrk you do. Well done Brian. I hope someday and fast that you get lots more subscribers. Great wrk. Now the yrd looks as nice as the rest of the street
Here in coastal Alabama, especially during a rainy season, our yards can grow that much in a week. Give them two weeks and you can make Bahia hay bales!
