The further left we go the worse it gets. Our Governor got caught accepting a $500k bribe in exchange for a government contract and nothing is being done about it.
It's a hotel. A known place to take prostitutes. Been that way forever. The drug scene too. Why are you acting like all this is new? New to you, maybe. Maybe because that's not your type of lifestyle. Not everything on this planet needs to accommodate to your lifestyle
get it straight, this only got shutdown once the guys who record all the streetwalkers on 27th ave started posted videos of the hotel, girls, and all that traffic...
Just like the Gilbert Police that couldn't catch the Gilbert goons when every parent and high school kid had photographs of them and names and were witnesses to the crimes.
@@MichaelContreras-gr9ik when in danger? Lol. You don't call the police when you're in danger, half the time you're in more danger with the police there than without them. The supreme Court even ruled that police are under no obligation to protect you. On top of that your statement's not relevant anyway. Somebody saying that it takes 9 years for police to do an investigation or that the bumbling morons don't know about young people who are committing crimes and even murder when the whole town has known for a long time, none of that incompetence has to do with if somebody would call them if they were in danger.
What city waits 9 years to make arrests for drugs? If this was Dallas, Texas 3 months they would have been shut down. Arizona needs to do way better than this. This is an embarrassment to all law enforcement agencies involved.
You clearly haven't been to Dallas recently. Several places just like this on Harry Hines. Believe me, even in red states we still have cancerous blue pockets of democrat blight in our urban areas.
Lets be honest. These activities happen EVERYWHERE, just Not as open as in this case or as it is on Harry Hines. Believe when I say, this goes on in EVERY single City in EVERY neighborhood and EVERY apartment complex upscale or not, New & old developments, there is someone selling Drug's or Booty. And the government KNOWS this too.
You need a decade of data before you take action on this? These activities are destroying communities. Sexual addiction is just as damaging as drug addiction.
A pox on any employer that forces deliveries to be made to a location like that. Now if you're gig just don't go, but otherwise, find solutions with the employer on why it's unsafe aka unsafe working conditions. Back when the Real Estate market tanked (around 2008, you think it's bad now, ha) Detroit was so bad in areas, even the Police made no-go zones. The citizens were given voicemails to record their complaints. Even 'emergencies' would get no response. I don't know how fire & ambulance responded tho.
@@NoseyNana a lot of that area going down i17 is bad bad all they have school and GCU right there and elderly…. Had to always carry in that area . I would never go once dark that’s just setting yourself up for trouble! I moved out of that area for that reason! Always people doing shady stuff and young girl that look way to young and all half naked ! And also the smell of fentanyl was strong!
It was the cheapest in town and much of the staff were police informants. They would identify out of state mules and start a fight in the common areas attack the drug couriers then the cops show up and search the room.
I saw videos of this place on RU-vid. Like it was a grand destination. What a pathetic way to live. If there are many others like this, shut them down too.
The only way for the FBI to have such a high conviction rate is to allow these crimes to go on as long as this one did. They want to have "beyond a reasonable doubt" amount of evidence against a criminal. They dont want a way out of the crime once they make an arrest. You would think when a crime is happening that it would immediately be stopped... the sentence wouldn't be long enough, and the criminal would be right back on the street. I know your thinking catch and release... well you will have to speak with your local and national authorities about that one.
Look at all those police with all that equipment all Those weapons no need to Defund the police just don't give any more money. Look at them, there's like 30 people there just standing around. Have you ever been to a crime scene? Or at a crime scenei, have you'll have like 40 police officers standing around? Do it nothing
And the Bay Area wants to give an old unused hotel to homeless in our only vibrant tourist area JACK LONDON SQUARE. We know it will become the same criminal situation 😢
Don't thank LE for this. Thank the RU-vidr who recorded dozens of hours of the illicit activity and brought attention to this matter which PPD ignored for years.
2015 and it took this long to do something the police department and FBI should do the walk of shame for this taking so long what a waste of taxpayers money to these criminal police
9 yrs to get it right? Of course, the neighborhood knew, as do many people who pass the motels by the airport. With it taking that long, it makes me wonder if they were waiting for some retirements to happen.
Undercovers getting their freak on for 9 years till that one dude who goes around recording through there made a yt video and went viral, they seen it and was like time to shut down
Well, they did have to verify that the girls were actually hookers. It took them at least 30 times to really get that the girl in room 1 was a hooker, on to room 2. 😂
Since 2015? HMMMMMMMMM. I guess that's enough time to sanitize the involvement of anyone of any significance. Maybe that's why the FBI was called in to do their "job".
Just legalize it already and tax it. Use the tax to provide security and health insurance for the ladies that enjoy doing it and open rehabs and safe havens for the community. Its 27th ave...nothing is gonna change until the flow of blues is stopped.
There are multinational cartels forcing women into it across the country at a higher rate than we have ever seen. Legalizing it right now would only afford protections for the cartels. I would agree with you on that if we actually enforced our border and didnt have half the country trying to end policing and prisons.
This is actually really common. Pimps grease the pockets of the management and turn motels into brothels. Local dealers see the activity and buy in. Over time, they can form well organized criminal enterprises using that system. I've seen it before, and I'm sure I'll see it again.
I call bs. The Patels own a house and live in same house. It’s just down the alley from the hotel. It’s on the street where Bullocks bar is. The house is between Bullocks and the hotel. True story.
@@tracyjames2046 I would assume the police and feds knew that? Wonder why they weren't pick up during the raid. That's why I said they probably aren't in the country. The news report said they had pending arrest warrants. Good information tho.
@@IsaaR-x3eReally, that is That is just the tip of the iceberg regarding that place and Area 8. That particular location has been a brothel style operation since the late ‘90s.
When I saw it on the thumbnail I was shocked. Sadly I was shocked that the powers that be decided to finally shut it down, because they have looked the other way for so many years. I do hope that the women there were treated as victims and offered services. I noticed that the hey did not say much about the sex workers, mainly about the owner/operators. We shall have to wait and see.
It took them 9 years because they had to make sure charges stick the owners so they can confiscate the property for themselves. Dont forget, it was seized by the govt. So the govt can do as they will with it. Even it means auction it off for a million dollars. Lol.
That’s crazy once someone posted a video of recording what goes down there all of sudden they got raided the internet ain’t no joke lol that’s a trip like everyone says it took 9years once someone post a video of going thru area n post it, it gets raided
