Hola Un saludo desde Galicia en España. También puedes usar el español y el portugués que son dos idiomas IBERICOS👍👍y muy potentes. Los anglosajones ya son bastante fuertes, Apoyemos lo nuestro La península ibérica y la iberosfera. Un saludo Gracias

Hola Marcos! Gracias por lo mensaje. Si claro podemos usar el español y el portugués más como tenemos una audiencia muy internacional echamos que es siempre mejor en inglés para que todos entiendan. Es una buena idea para el futuro del canal que vamos a pensar.

Hi Jason, One of the main reasons that attracted foreigners to Portugal was and is the Non Habitual Residency Fiscal Regime allowing to pay much lower taxes on your income as well as the Golden Visa which allows non EU citIzens the right to travel freely in the Shengen area and apply for portugal nationality after 6 years. Also the quality of life for expats is absolutely extraordinary with Portugal being voted one of the top countries to live in. I’ve bought a new condo/apt in Ericeira and will be early retiring in June if this year. I’ve never been to Portugal but taking a leap of faith. I just discovered your channel and really enjoy the quality of video and content. This particular video got me excited to visit Cascais when I’m a resident. Keep up the good work!

Great video, lots of info. I'm an American thinking about moving to beautiful Portugal and the two areas that interest me the most are Cascais and the region near Faro in Algarve. I'm looking for a modern larger (>300 square meter) home with an Ocean/Sea view and would really like something close to a major airport. What I like about Cascais besides all the things do is being so close to Lisbon. However, the Algarve region is so picturesque.

You better have a big big wallet to leave in Cascais and also remember they tax everything and get a real good health insurance because the public hospitals are just horrendous

It depends with which country you are comparing to and from where you are coming from. I am very happy with health system in Portugal and comparing with US, here it is way better and way more affordable. Have a good day, A.V.B.
