Neil Scott - One Piece Bathing Suit (1963) 

Neil Scott -- aka Neil Bogart -- was a pop singer who went on to become a record producer for Cameo/Parkway Records and was later the President of Buddah Records before going on to form Casablanca Records in 1974 and Boardwalk Records in 1980. Bogart died in 1982 at the age of 40. Written and produced by Johnny Brandon and Stuart Wiener. Flip side is "Little Girl" which was also written and produced by Brandon and Wiener.
