I started listening to them at the age of 15, I discovered by chance in a cassette that loaned me, twi divided by zero, I immediately fell in love and since then I have never stopped listening to them, today I am 47 years old and it is pleasant together with Neil . When he was 30 years old, he still looked like a 20 year old. Neil has the most soulful eyes, boyish looks, and kind face. His intelligence apparent, and I love the weird and wonderful things they do with their music. I have seen them live so know how good they are performing.
A very well educated man he is a genius and Chris Lowe a fantastic musician I still listen to their music they are amazing and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you and opportunities is the best track in my opinion

Neil was also an inspiration for the 10th Doctor Who, David Tennant, whose real surname is McDonald. David took Neil's last name after reading a copy of Smash Hits magazine.
@@chrisbayliss3532 it's true he took his name from Neil but saying Neil was an "inspiration" is a bit of a stretch. David Tennant says basically he needed to quickly come up with a stage name as he was applying to join the actors union and there was already an actor named David McDonald. He said he just grabbed a music magazine he had in his room, saw Pet Shop Boys and just went with it... not like he was a huge fan or anything like that.
Thanks for uploading this wonderful video. I have been a Pet Shop Boys fan since 1987. That time, I was in my last year of secondary school. I remembered they came to Clacton-on-Sea, my home town and do some filming at the beach, Clacton Pier, seafront promenade, Pier Avenue where the Gaiety Amusements. They are filming Couldn't Happen Here movie and Always on my Mind music video. They stayed in the Esplanade Hotel. I can't believe after 30 years they still produce great music. Their live concert performances are absolutely mind-blowing. I just wish one day I can get a selfie 🤳 with them 🥰

Behaviour is just one of the greatest albums by anyone, I like Fundamental too' but 2013's ELECTRIC for me was their best since Behaviour/Very

This is a really well done video. I always thought of Neil as a sort of cerebral, bookish type (which is why I love so many of the lyrics) but this shows other dimensions to his personality including an unexpected sexy side. Women must swoon over him. Gay men too, but if his lyrics are any indication he has experienced some of their less attractive behavior when it comes to love and romance.So is he really in love with a German film star (a woman?) or is he basically flying solo? Not that it matters long as they keep putting out albums that not only make us dance but move us emotionally. To me the real brilliance of Neil Tennant is not just in what some people call "bangers" , the best of which in recent years was "Vocal", but in the little blue melancholic gems strewn throughout their albums like sapphires, songs like "I Made My Excuses and Left" or "You Choose" or "Only the Wind".

Thanks for posting this. I have been a big fan of psb since I discovered their music in 1988 via my uncle. I love their b-sides and extended remixes of their 80s songs as well. They influenced me to play/program keyboards and have a studio. I see them in my dreams from time to time! I’ll meet them here or after life.
