Well Rock Lee unlocked the 6th gate and we saw him fight someone much stronger than him using Drunken Fist but...I see your point. That was only physical strength and technique not character dev.

I feel like the Hyuga clan and especially Neji were left out and werent focused on the byakugan was basically the rival of the sharingan in the og naruto and the Gentle fist is supposed to be the strongest taijutsu but we never seem any development the Sharingan went from anticipating movement to having unique abilities depending on the user to summoning humanoid titans protecting you and finally evolving to rinnegan giving Sasuke world threatening powers i feel like Neji was very much fucked by poor writing he should have atleast got his version of the mangekyou sharingan and got his taijutsu buffed

That's because in Shippuden Naruto and Saskue got all of the attention, and after the Pain Arc all of the Konaha 11 became irrelevant, (obviously not the 3 main Characters)

Neji was a base fighter primarily he didn’t have anything else to give him an edge except Air Palm sadly but I believe if they hadn’t killed him off he’d be near Rock Lee or Gaara in Boruto

He wasn't jonin level in naruto people overestimate him he struggled against a chunin level ninja kidomaru and almost died. In Shippuden he is jonin level.

Really? In the beginning of shippuden, sasuke was already stronger than all team 7 combined. It was stated by orochimaru he was on par or even slighty stronger than 4 tails naruto. When orochimaru fought 4 tails naruto, he stated that he is not strong enough to defeat sasuke YET.

Orochimaru was also really dumb during that fight, He thought he could pierce Naruto's Skin with A SWORD and Thought his Triple Rashonmon was going to block a BIJUU BOMB. Not bad and I understand how you analyze the show through factual feats; my thing is Neji is far superior when it comes to battle intelligence/strategist. Neji knows about Rock Lee's speed and inner gates and now that he knows Lee's power Neji before battle would be very well prepared. Anyway nice take on the scale. Neji's gentle fist is underrated considering it is considered the strongest form of taijutsu.

That's cap, the 8 gates inner gates when mastered can take out 10 tails madara. And were used by the greatest taijutsu user of all time. Not to mention lee has been also training to beat neji beforehand and neji shit himself when he saw the gates

Don’t people understand that when your punched on any part of your chin from a dude that smashed through the solid ground below you, you’re getting knocked out no questions asked.. If neji was hit anywhere else by naruto during the chunin exams, he probably would have countered in some way. Even if he did get hit, anywhere other than the head, he’d be fine.

I like the video overall and I think that you are one of if not the best anime power scalers here on RU-vid but I have one problem. When talking about Drunken Fist Lee, you say that he is nearly unstoppable but that really isn’t true. Yeah Guy said that it took both him and Neji to stop lee when he was drunk but he also stated that he was trying to not hurt Lee and that if he wanted to forcefully stop him, he could. Again the video was good but it was just that one little thing.
