the energy waves probably don't give a crap about gravity- I can't see that speeding it up. On the flipside, by always aiming her super move *down*, she doesn't need to worry about collateral damage. I mean, I imagine that beam will keep moving in one direction until it's energy is expended- at 100%, it will probably go *quite* far and is very likely to break whatever it hits in a wide area. Plus, the recoil- if the recoil on the move is significant? Always shooting it down just pushed you higher- not a problem if you can fly- and if you did it sideways? Better hope you don't launch yourself into a wall or something. Nejire isn't *especially* durable.
It's also theorized that using gravity in time travel is better going in a spiral motion then a straight line. It's called a Tipler Cylinder which is what I thought of while observing Nejire.
Awesome, she's one of my favorite MHA ladies. Since we already had Tamaki's Quirk explained, I feel the next Quirk Analysis should be Mirio's Permeation.
Maybe she sends the wave downward to save her body: the recoil would send her flying across the ground, but in the air it just propels her higher instead of across concrete! Fun and thoughtful analysis, thanks!!!
Well if we take everything like power, versatility and potential into account nejire's quirk is probably tied with amajiki's quirk and mirio's quirk is last in the big three

Nejire Flood might be aimed downward, so thar she doesn't have to worry about any innocent people behind her target. Similiar to using ranged weapons, looking behind your target is important. If she is above, the ground is behind the target. Though, if there is a subway system underground, this might not be the best idea.
I feel a little bad that i had her losing the Miss UA pageant to Melissa Shield in a story. Namely Melissa showing off her Tech Might armors and an armored dress that could fly.
Is it just me or would Nejire be kinda broken in JJK? I would imagine she would be able to use her quirk at a higher level because she would have a lot of cursed energy to input into her attacks, making the output way stronger. Nejire would also have faster and stronger waves because of the demon energy she can input into her attacks, probably making her a Grade 1 sorcerer. She would also be able to imbue her legs with her cursed technique, Surge, which makes her punches/kicks stronger, also making her faster.
The entire community needs to see this to many comments on why she a big 3, Whats her quirk, her quirk is weak etc. Hori could have developed her but he chose not to as we can see from this video.
If only Uraraka could use her Quirk like Admiral Fujitora used his devil's fruit ability 😅..... She's could be one of the most OP character in this MHA verse..... imagine she's pulling meteorite on to AllforOne....😂
Nejire had an interesting and powerful, hence the reasons she's in the Big Three. Unfortunately, she doesn't have a dick so she won't be as prominent as the other. I mean, Mirko was the closest thing to an actual female hero getting things done but she gets put out of commission in her first first. Like, dang. So she's just the token girl character that happens to be in the Big Three. For comparison, Sun Eater and Lemilion had plot heavy arcs, while Nejire, had a beauty pageant. Nice.
