Just got one of these and it's fantastic! Just one small question though. How do you delete labels you've already printed from the iPhone app? I don't want to keep every single label on there or it will fill up very quickly and make the ones I do want to reuse more than once hard to find. And one other question if I may? I added in a picture from the phone gallery, it was a transparent image and looked and printed just fine after I'd finished editing the label but once you save the label and go back in to the label again the transparency has been deleted from the image 🙁 Thanks.
Apologies. I've just found out how to delete designs by pressing the right arrow above them and you can deal with them there. I just initially thought that arrow was just for getting to the previously printed labels as you can drag across with your finger.to do that so thought that was maybe another way of doing the same. The question still holds for the transparent image though as to why it's lost its transparency so if anyone has any ideas on that I'd be very grateful of any help there. Thank you.
Our APP fully supports printing QR-code and text at the same time, and the position order of both can be adjusted freely. Our QR code is freely editable, with no limit on characters. So you can set any QR code you want.
@@Nelkoprint , thank you! I have since discovered that the paper hadn’t aligned correctly and now the button pushes up and cuts the paper. Until I did that, the button wouldn’t even move. I’m loving this Label Maker so much!! Thanks, again.
@@janettecarrell Press the power button twice to automatically calibrate the position of the label, but only if the label has a section beyond the print head. This is done so that the label machine can sense the correct position of the label paper. Hope this helps!💓💓
