When 2 buskers trade places (Sydney 🇦🇺 / London 🇬🇧)
A few years back, I followed Stephen online seeing his busking videos from London.
He followed me back and we followed each other journeys online.
He recently spent a few weeks in Sydney and messaged me while I was in London saying it’s funny how we swapped places.
The day I landed in Sydney, I luckily bumped into Stephen and finally met him in person.
I was a little bit jet lagged, but this was Stephen’s last day busking before he’d fly from Sydney.
So we had to do a song together as it may be few more years before our paths would cross again.
So I did the first verse of “Nella Fantasia” and Stephen did the second.
He’s got an amazing range and power to his voice!
Great outgoing personality sprinkled with plenty of Irish sense of humour.
The song is based on the OST for the movie “The Mission”. The instrumental music “Gabriel‘s Oboe” is by late Ennio Morriconne
Performed as a song “Nella Fantasia” (In my fantasy) by Sarah Brightman.
