I remember back in 2017 hansa was hosted on lithuanian servers and was shutdown several weeks after the opening. You'd think after this they would just stay away from hosting on lithuanian servers, but not everyone learns (or even does the slightest amount of research)

That wasn't the Federal Police (Bundespolizei, a regular police force responsible for border protection, railways and federal premises), but the Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt, our equivalent to the FBI, responsible for counter-terrorism and to some degree counter-espionage, which is why I find the official translation ill-placed).

Not possible due to the nature of opsec. Its like making a lock that will never be picked and still be usable. The only way to make an unpickable lock would make it useless.

It might take a long time, but if I locked you in a room with enough food to last, a lockpicking set, and the worlds best padlock, you would figure it out.
