Seems like other champs are just better (either more range, more utility, more damage). Riot shifted her into low cd style since her damage was too high and then nerfed her items. Just never a game where she is the best pick compared to others. She gets beat by range, by sticky champs, and stat checked by many champs with less gold.

The s13 Luden's was much stronger than current Luden's, and the haste build he uses in this vid is pretty dead, making Syndra pretty meh in her current state. I know Nemesis preferred this Syndra build in the past, but tbh he was so weak for the majority of the early game even though he played well. I think he would have had a better chance at carrying with a standard burst-y Luden's + Magic Pen build and if movement speed is that important he can just build Stormsurge (even though that item is also pretty dead).

@@arieltabbach4946 they shifted her q to hold two charges and nerfed its damage so she wouldn’t be so oppressive in later lane stages (10+ min). I remember being happy that eating syndra q didn’t make me have to base anymore, but now hwei just half healths me with one combo on lost chapter

Aatrox e passive is that he heals based off damage dealt to champions. Because of this aatrox heavily benefits from ad and lethality which increase his damage and therefore healing. So a lethality aatrox will heal more than bruiser.

Quite literally every ability of hwei has more range..

i doubt anyone will agree with you over nemesis. And Hwei spells are way longer range than syndra's straight up. Hwei QW is 1900 range, QE is 1200 range, QQ is 800 range, EQ 1100 range, EW 900 range, EE 800 range, R 1340 range. Syndra's longest range ability is 1300 on her E which is not easy to hit against a long range champion such as hwei, her q and w are 800/950 range. Hwei objectively outranges Syndra

@@Poem-Tree its absolutely not true if youve ever played the matchup, syndra q e can go through the wave and hwei cant trade back if the syndra hits q e (its not very hard at all), she just farms qe into w until hwei is in lethal range and hwei is stuck q e'ing the wave, youre not hitting e on syndra unless its ee which is much shorter range than anything syndra will do its as simple as nemesis thinks syndra is a weak champion (she kinda is) but both in gameplay and statistically syndra is a natural hwei counterpick since if you consider the minion wave she outranges and outpressures hwei and matches waveclear
