No, actually in long run it can cause your joints to be less stable. If someone cracks their neck area, after some time they will need to do it more and more often.

Wave is too big and Zed will be back in time to push it if TF tries to shave it. Also the gold spike as you mentioned. Freezing here is a very low tempo play. He wants to get back on the map with swifties so he can utilize his roaming potential ASAP.

What do you mean by wave is to big? You insta press B after the kill and you don't lose any cs but Zed loses the full wave. When you back to lane walking you have 2 full waves to farm and he will have half that has to crash. He would lose more gold and xp and pushing it in, because he will catch next full wave.

one of the strenght of this build is how cheap and fast you get that 1st item spike so you don't want to delay yourself with cull. atleast that's how I see it
