Because of Saki's departure I totally see Haraguchi San getting more of the spotlight. She's a beast on the Bass.

Hazuki will be fine, she's a monster player; they'll be fine. I'm very curious to see what they will do, if they're style will change or what this "direction of the band" means that Saki disagreed with since apparently Kensuke Akiyama, their main arranger/producer, is also now no longer working with them. He's a huge part of their sound and style, so I wonder who they'll look to for that role. Like I've mentioned before, seeing some of Hazuki's demos for Ibanez and hearing "Ama-Te-Ras" shows she can be a pretty brutal riff-meister!

I haven't heard the original either..lol I think this would make a great opening number. I like you can Hear Hara Chans bass so much better in the evolution versions. The way Mayu can change and control her vocals clean to screams, is insane. The look on Tamu's face when you paused at 4:16. Here's my take on not adding another guitarist. Yes it may add more pressure on her being the sole guitarist. But, It will also give her a great chance to really stand out not being in Saiki's shadow. It Gives Hara Chan a chance to stand out more on bass also. Plus. It will make them different from the other 5 Japanese female bands.

As much as I am enjoying these originals adapted to the new 4 member group, it's the coming new material structured specifically for the talents and interests of Nemo 2.0 that has me excited. I expect a new synergy and dynamism between these four and it will be interesting to watch it evolve. Nemophila continues to EVOLVE!

I already wrote a comment on their website about this composition. The old version sounds much better and this suggests that Saki will still have to look for a replacement. Maybe they can do something with the new songs. But now what was written for two guitars - lead and rhythm - is no longer so easy to replace with one, and this is felt in this version of the song.
